We are embarking on a major new leadership empowerment initiative to empower 30 kingdom leaders who are influencing the Middle East. In the last 10 years thousands have come to faith in the Middle East from Sunni and Shia, Yazidi and Druze backgrounds—Kurds, Arabs, Afghans and Persians. Jesus’ kingdom is expanding in historic ways across the region! And, because communities of faith are growing in unexpected and diverse places, they need Kingdom minded, Christ-like leaders to shepherd and serve.
Through a core curriculum of spiritual formation, practical skills and theological education, we’re developing mature leaders whose head, hearts and hands are shaped by the vision of Jesus’ kingdom. We are investing in future teachers, mentors, theologians, pastors, and counselors who holistically proclaim the grace and truth of Jesus in word and deed and plant reproducing faith communities among the underserved.
These leaders are already having a huge impact on their communities and are dreaming kingdom dreams about expanding ministry into new unreached areas, meeting needs they observe in their communities and bringing the peace and hope of the gospel to those that haven’t yet heard.
